We select our own range of special coffee originating from Latin America, Africa, Asia and Oceania, following the harvest’s rhythm. We assure our coffee’s traceability (country, region and farm) and maintain the individual grain’s organoleptic properties while roasting.
Through the understanding of the characteristics of different green coffee grains, we are able to define a roasting profile for each type which is then carried out in small artisan batches. Consequently, we obtain coffee which is always marked by an agreeable fragrance, intense aromas and a “medio-alto” body. The coffee conserves the levels of acidity, sweetness and sourness characteristic of each plantation. These demanding parameters lead to high quality flavours which linger on the pallet.
